The Network is introducing a range of non-work based extracurricular activities, to inspire and motivate us in the most human of ways. Walking is one of these – and we want to help members get out there and make the most of the beautiful county we live in while racking up a whole lot of healthy benefits.

Walking is definitely not just about physical exercise, fresh air and beautiful scenery: it can be a time to talk with like-minded people, challenge yourself in ways you hadn’t thought of, and grow your confidence with each physical and mental challenge you overcome along the way.
