Review the toolkit strategies undertaken by a few women currently working in very different businesses. The panel discussion will provide a platform for women to share strategies on how best to attract, recruit, retain staff and how to develop additional personal and professional skills. It will look at how women feature in traditionally male-dominated fields and how we can further harness their invaluable contribution.
